As you know, the sliced collard is very light and easy to fly in dryer when blower fan is running, once the collard fly, the hot air will exhaust out and waste much heat value. So this 3 layer dryer, Qingdao G-Tech use the new technology- over lay design. One lay mesh wire belt install on the top of each bed plate and run with bed plate in the same speed, and hold the sliced collard stable without flying.
This over layer design dryer is used on leaf vegetables drying to save energy very well such as Chinese cabbage, leaf mustard, cabbage, moss, mustard, shepherd's purse, spinach, amaranth, apricot, leaf beet, lettuce, chrysanthemum, celery and so on.
